My personal chef service is a highly personalized, in-depth exploration of each client's nutrition profile, likes and dislikes, food intolerances (if any), and over-all meal planning and preparation needs.

This service is meant to compliment your lifestyle and budget. We can work together long term, short term, on call or during times of transition. We start with an intake form followed by an initial meeting. Packages include some combination of meal planning, shopping, healthy meal preparation & delivery, condiments & broths made just the way you need them, nutritional counseling, and pantry raids.*
Estimate about $40/hour plus groceries.
On average I can cook 4 dinners for a family of 4 in about 2 hours.

When I walk into a kitchen, that is a diagnostic tool for me. I explore each client's pantry, cookwares, storage containers, appliances and so on so that I can get a good read of what will make your life easier. I offer budget-friendly solutions and tips on planning, storing, sourcing, and preparing your food. My cooking methods employ the highest respect for your ingredients. When I prepare food I am efficient, super clean, and I utilize moderate heats, so to never over-heat oils.
*Having a whole-foods pantry can save the day when you are trying to put a meal together on the fly. Spices, beans and grains do have a shelf life. My pantry raid service involves cleaning out your pantry, tossing what needs to go and finding treasures along the way.
