Practice, called Sadhana in Sanskrit, is the cornerstone of our experience of yoga. What and how we practice determines what we ultimately gain from this ancient healing system.  It can transform your life.

Join master instructor Lauren Eisenberg and immerse in your yoga practice. Lauren will skillfully weave therapeutic sequencing, anatomically safe alignment, hands on adjustments, soft healing touch, and detailed instruction into a nourishing and supportive environment.

In these workshops you will learn and practice how the ancient healing art of yoga cultivates a purposeful, intentional, and directed life. These workshops are designed for those interested in deepening their practice and understanding of Yoga. All Levels are welcome, simply show up with an open mind and enjoy. You can take one class or all six.

Join Lauren Eisenberg and Shalom Mayberg for two hours of sound healing, restorative yoga, and soft healing touch.

Shalom will provide a beautiful live musical landscape ~ playing Native American flute and frame drum, fairy chimes, rainstick, crystal lyre and gong while Lauren guides you through a therapeutic restorative evening sequence.

Gentle, loving assists of healing touch throughout our evening practice, followed by a 30 minute crystal bowl sound bath for shavasna.

Come relax, naturally unwind, and enter a space where profound healing and growth takes place. Yin Yoga intertwined with live healing sound allows you to softly slip into stillness, rest, and recovery.

Together, Shalom and Lauren weave these two deeply healing practices into one.
